Maison Bologne, Grain de Sail et Armateurs de Rhums’unissent pour une cuvée transportée à la voile inédite, à l’occasion de la course transatlantique au départ de Saint-Malo en octobre 2026.
Distillés et élevés en Guadeloupe par la maison Bologne, les rhums embarquent à bord du voilier-cargo Grain de Sail II pour une traversée sans moteur ni émissions fossiles. Bercés par la houle, exposés aux embruns et aux écarts de température de la route transatlantique, ils poursuivent en mer un vieillissement dynamique, avant de rejoindre Saint-Malo. Là, dans le chai des Armateurs de Rhum, ils achèvent paisiblement leur maturation, entre assemblage et patience, selon des méthodes qui font écho au 19ᵉ siècle des corsaires malouins.
