When will the submerged ones be available?
The rum immersion in Saint-Malo Bay takes place once a year, between late May and early June.
Pre-orders open every year in April.
If the submerged boxes are not available, it means that pre-orders have not yet started or that the products are already out of stock.
Don't hesitate to sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when pre-orders open!

Deliveries and shipments
We prepare your orders with the utmost care and as quickly as possible.
As a small French artisan business, we are committed to maintaining the balance and well-being of our team: we are therefore closed on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
Therefore, any orders placed between 5 p.m. on Friday and Sunday evening will be processed on Monday morning and shipped as soon as possible.

Your order arrived broken
If your order arrives damaged, here is what you should do:
Report it immediately to the carrier (at your Mondial Relay point before signing or at the post office).
Take a photo of the damaged package.
Fill out our contact form, attaching a photo and a brief description of the problem:Contact us if your order is damaged
We will ship your product back to you as soon as possible.
If it is unfortunately out of stock, we will refund you the corresponding amount.
